Vaughn College’s cafeteria will transition into its summer schedule beginning Saturday, May 19. The summer schedule is as follows:

  • Saturday, May 19, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Sunday, May 20, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Monday, May 21-Friday, May 25, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Saturday, May 26-Monday, May 28, closed for Memorial Day weekend
  • Beginning Tuesday, May 29, weekday hours, 7 a.m.-7 p.m.; weekend hours, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.
