Eric Wagner, Tech Ops program manager and outreach and recruitment specialist, came to Vaughn College to speak to Aviation Training Institute students about future employment opportunities with Endeavor Air on Tuesday, March 12.

Wagner regularly comes to the New York area to interview candidates for both John F. Kennedy International and LaGuardia Airports. He reviewed a variety of job titles, the associated benefits and the opportunity to be fast-tracked to Delta Air Lines employment after two years.

When students asked about their competition for these types of jobs, Johnson noted “We hire a lot of graduates from Vaughn with their airframe and powerplant certificates because the College offers a good program and we are very familiar with it,” said Johnson. “We have been very successful with our hires from Vaughn so you have a leg up in the hiring process.”
