The library is an integral part of Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology. As such, it is available to all students, faculty and staff at the College. Students, faculty and staff are required to have an up-to-date ID card to borrow materials. People not affiliated with the College can use the library, but are not permitted to take out materials. They must sign in with the registration desk in the main lobby and obtain a visitor's pass before going to the library.

The periodical and newspaper databases are available only to Vaughn students, faculty, and staff and can be accessed through the web site with a Vaughn College email address and password.
